كيف يعملHow it works
على نقطة بيع وصول عند المدخل، أو الكشك الذاتي، أو من الجوال قبل الوصول. نقدًا أو مدى أو Apple Pay أو بطاقة ائتمان.At the Wosul POS by the gate, a self-service kiosk, or from the guest's phone before they arrive. Cash, mada, Apple Pay or credit card.
تحدد أنت سعر التحويل ومكافآت الشحن لكل فعالية. مثلًا: كل ريال = 10 نقاط، واشحن 200 ريال واحصل على 15% نقاطًا إضافية.You set the rate and the top-up bonuses for each venue. For example, every riyal is 10 points, and a 200 riyal top-up earns 15% bonus points.

أجهزة وصول البيومترية على البوابات والألعاب تتعرف على الوجه أو تمسح راحة اليد، فيدخل الأطفال ويلعبون دون بطاقة أو سوار أو جوال. يسجّل وليّ الأمر أطفاله مرة واحدة عند الكشك، ويُخصم الرصيد من محفظة العائلة.Wosul biometric readers at gates and rides recognise a face or scan a palm, so kids walk in and play without a card, band or phone. A parent enrols the children once at the kiosk, and every play is charged to the family wallet.
تحدد سياسة كل فعالية: تبقى للزيارة القادمة، أو تُسترد إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، أو تنتهي بعد مدة.Each event sets its own policy: keep them for the next visit, refund to the original payment method, or expire after a set time.
